Taxes and Duties

Under our purchase agreement, UNIQMEN assumes full responsibility for all orders. Full payment is made in advance, and UNIQMEN is accountable for ensuring that the goods are delivered to the customer. Applicable taxes are included in the product price. Any shipping costs, customs processes, import duties, or additional charges are the responsibility of UNIQMEN. If an order cannot be delivered for any reason, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our team at support@uniqmen.co.uk within 12 hours of placing it. Once processing or shipment begins, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving your package.
